We are having good designed jigs and fixtures according to operations which help us in producing quality and faster production.

We keep close eye and our involvement in entire process of production right from procurement of raw material, die development, forging process, machining process etc…

The company produces the Con rods from Graded Alloy Steel like EN8D, 42CrMo4, C-70VS6, 41Cr4, 38MnVs6, S G Iron and also carry out the NQT process on forging of Con rods. The high tensile bolts (grade 10.90/12.90) made from SAE-4140 are used. We use bushes made from Bi-metal (SAE-1010/SAE 792), CT-10, (Lead free) PB-2 & CuZn31Si1 as per application. if any customer requires specific material, we can also provide.
