During process, all parameters are strictly maintained as per the drawings. All the con rods manufactured are passed through stringent inspection and no single con rod goes with any error to the customer.

Star Techno has all updated instruments like Zeiss CMM, 2D Height Gauge, Crack Detection System, Special Purpose Air Electronics Gauges, Air gauges, Surface Roughness Tester, Hardness Tester, Bore Gauges Micrometers, Verniers to check the quality of the con rods.
